**IMMEDIATE OPENING ***

Cedar Creek Motorsports is seeking a smart, positive person with knowledge of parts, clothing and accessories in the powersports industry to join our Parts, Apparel and Accessories Sales Department team. Applicants engage with customers directly (walk-in, telephone, online) to help determine their needs and supply them accordingly. Additionally, interact with our Sales and Service Departments to ensure that parts and accessories for customer vehicles are being met in a timely manner. This would be a great step up for someone currently employed at an auto dealership or big box retailer store (AutoZone, O'Reilly, NAPA, Advanced Auto Parts).  If you're a powersports fanatic with excellent customer service skills, this job is for you!

GUARANTEED TWO DAYS OFF IN A ROW PER WEEK!

Work Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Have a strong salesmanship attitude
  • Share with customers your knowledge of the of "Good, Better and Best" products that we sell
  • Staying up-to-date with our powersports gear brands and product knowledge
  • Maintain and deliver awesome, personal & useful support to potential or existing customers who contact us
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with their buying experience
  • Recommend related parts which may be required
  • Attempt to locate rare parts for customers
  • Ability to work with several customers at once, while maintaining individual customer satisfaction
  • Handle online and telephone transactions quickly and courteously
  • Alert customers of any sales, specials or new merchandise
  • Accept payments for merchandise and keep cash register drawer accurate

QUALIFICATIONS:

Outgoing, friendly personality and superior communications/customer service skills. Knowledge of our OEM product lines is a plus.

  • Connects with customers in a friendly manner
  • Confident answering calls, entering orders in state-of-the-art computer system
  • Confident in selling to customers and to allow the customer to make an informed buying decision.
  • Always show a positive attitude and be a genuine team player.
  • Takes ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  • Willing to work Saturdays
  • Can lift up to 50 Lbs.
