We’re excited to offer a unique opportunity for Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join well-established, high-volume primary care practices just outside Chicago, IL. These hospital-employed roles provide a rare combination of autonomy, high patient volume, and work-life balance—with generous compensation and strong clinical support.


Opportunity Highlights

  • Outpatient-only clinic with all specialties onsite and in-house lab
  • Schedule: 4-day workweek (36 clinical hours)
  • Patient volume: 18+ per day
  • EMR: Epic

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: Indefinite base salary  
  • Bonus: Quality and productivity incentives; average annual bonus $10,000–$25,000; realistic income $300,000+ after year three
  • Sign-On Bonus: $40,000
  • Time Off: 5 weeks PTO + 5 CME days with 6k allowance
  • CME Allowance: $6,000 annually
  • Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; 403(b) with match; tail coverage included
