Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA services to children and families across the Indianapolis area. Spanish-speaking BCBAs are strongly encouraged to apply — a meaningful portion of our caseload includes Spanish-speaking families, and that skill matters here.

The Role

You'll carry a caseload of 8–10 children maximum, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising RBTs delivering in-home services. Caseloads are kept intentionally manageable — the emphasis is on quality outcomes, not volume.

When you need clinical support, it's there. You'll have access to BCBA directors and the organization's Clinical Director, all of whom keep open calendars — you can book a sync directly without friction.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) in clients' homes

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans

  • Supervise and support RBTs delivering in-home services

  • Provide caregiver training and parent coaching

  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed

  • Collaborate with families and support systems in home settings

  • Ensure clinical integrity and adherence to ABA best practices

  • Support communication with Spanish-speaking families when applicable

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification — required, no exceptions

  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field

  • Experience with pediatric populations preferred

  • Reliable transportation throughout the Indianapolis area

  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills

  • Spanish language skills a plus

  • Comfortable working independently in home environments

What Achievers ABA Offers

  • $108,000/year starting salary

  • Caseloads capped at 8–10 clients — quality over volume

  • Clinical support from BCBA directors and the Clinical Director, all with open calendars and easy scheduling

  • Pet insurance

  • Performance bonus + referral bonus

  • Free continuing education credits (CEUs)

  • Team events and a supportive clinical culture

What Happens After You Apply

If you hold an active BCBA certification, you'll receive a link to schedule a 20-minute virtual interview directly on our hiring manager's calendar. No lengthy process — we move quickly for the right candidate.
