Heartlinks ABA is a growing, multi-state company owned and operated by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since 2018. Our focus is on providing quality ABA therapy, which is a clinically proven, naturalistic teaching, primarily in homes. We support infants through teenagers with autism spectrum disorder in developing essential communication, social interaction and behaviors as well as daily living skills.

  • Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

  • Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.

  • Complete progress notes in our data collection system

  • Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma

  • Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website

  • Pass a criminal background check

  • Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license

  • Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities

Schedule:

  • Part-time after school hours. 15-20 hours per week

  • Monday-Friday.
