Achievers ABA is hiring certified RBTs for full-time ABA therapy with children with autism in Michigan City and surrounding areas. We have both in-home and in-clinic positions available — consistent caseloads, strong clinical support, and a clear path forward if you're building a career in ABA.
The Role
You'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and in our clinic, working from individualized treatment plans developed and supervised by a BCBA. Your caseload is consistent, and your supervising BCBA is assigned from day one and reachable same-day.
What You'll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and clinic settings
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Collect accurate session data and track progress
Build strong relationships with clients and families
Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and caregivers
Support skill development and behavior goals across settings
Requirements
Active RBT certification — required, no exceptions
Reliable transportation within the Michigan City area
Strong communication and professionalism
Comfortable working independently in home settings and within a clinic team
Consistent full-time availability
