Job description

Achievers ABA is hiring certified RBTs for full-time ABA therapy with children with autism in Michigan City and surrounding areas. We have both in-home and in-clinic positions available — consistent caseloads, strong clinical support, and a clear path forward if you're building a career in ABA.
The Role
You'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and in our clinic, working from individualized treatment plans developed and supervised by a BCBA. Your caseload is consistent, and your supervising BCBA is assigned from day one and reachable same-day.
What You'll Do

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and clinic settings

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

  • Collect accurate session data and track progress

  • Build strong relationships with clients and families

  • Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and caregivers

  • Support skill development and behavior goals across settings


Requirements

  • Active RBT certification — required, no exceptions

  • Reliable transportation within the Michigan City area

  • Strong communication and professionalism

  • Comfortable working independently in home settings and within a clinic team

  • Consistent full-time availability
