The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) Office of Career and Technical Education (OCTE) operates 50 AreaTechnology Centers (ATCs) which serve 115 local feeder districts. A state Area Technology Center (ATC) is asecondary state operated school facility dedicated to the primary purpose of offering state approved four (4)-course Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways within CTE program areas identified by the OCTE. EDUCATION:Must hold the Rank III Kentucky teaching certificate in the subject area to be taught;
OR
Must hold a Kentucky Statement of Eligibility in the subject area to be taught;
OR
Four years of appropriate work experience, two of which must be in the last five years.
