Responsibilities:
• Experienced Information Developer/Technical Writer with more than 5 years of experience
• Hands-on experience with developing customer service documentation
• Knowledge of Electrical wiring harness and schematic Capital logic 2207
• Knowledge of EV safety, Emission and SAE standards
• Able to identify high voltage working area of the vehicle.
• Experience working with EV components in Bus and Truck
• Experience with service tools and special tools used for EV.
• Good understanding of Agile environment & alignment to Agile writing principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with cross-site collaboration for content development.
• Gather data from and work with PLM, R&D and to ensure appropriate creation and timely delivery of technical publications to coincide with product release.
• To work with cross-functional Teams
• Knowledge of XML and DITA XML authoring using PTC Arbortext Editor.
• Knowledge of PTC Creo view and PTC Windchill.
• Experience with Teamcenter Unigraphics to understand Layout and graphics illustration.
