USED CAR RECONDITIONING MANAGER: YOUR ROLE
You're not just overseeing operations-you're the force behind getting cars lot-ready. Every day, you're coordinating a steady flow of pre-owned vehicles through the reconditioning process. You dispatch cars for detail, determine what cosmetic improvements are needed (paint touch-ups, rim repairs, bodywork, and more), and ensure they're pictured and prepped for sale. You communicate with outside vendors for warranty repairs, make quick and smart decisions on cosmetic fixes, and keep vehicles moving smoothly through the pipeline. This is not a desk job-you're outside, hands-on, and fully immersed in the pulse of a busy, high-volume environment.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • 3+ years of experience within the automotive industry
  • Go-getter attitude
  • Personable and able to collaborate with lot staff
  • Being familiar with automotive reconditioning is a plus!

YOUR HOURS
Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with your weekends free to recharge and enjoy life outside of work.
