What is automotive inventory management?

Automotive inventory management refers to the process of tracking, organizing, and controlling the stock of vehicles and parts at a dealership or automotive business. It involves monitoring inventory levels, ordering new stock, and ensuring that vehicles and parts are available to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory. Effective inventory management helps reduce costs, improve sales efficiency, and streamline operations in the automotive sector.
