Position Summary:
Fox Factory Performance Vehicle Development (PVD) is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized OEM Chassis Inventory Coordinator to join our Chassis Inventory & Distribution team. This role serves as a critical link between Fox Factory and our five major OEM partners - Ford, GMC, Chevrolet, Jeep, and Ram - and plays a central role in ensuring the accuracy, visibility, and efficiency of our vehicle inventory from OEM production through final delivery.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in OEM relations, fleet or dealership inventory management, vehicle upfitting, or data management, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Manufacturing, Product Development, and Transportation teams.
Position Responsibilities:
  • OEM Invoice & Documentation Management
    • Retrieve, track, monitor, and log all OEM invoices in a timely and accurate manner
    • Coordinate with OEM and dealership partners on vehicle releases and release verifications
    • Work directly with OEM contacts to monitor vehicle production statuses and projected ship dates
  • Inventory Management & Database Administration
    • Upload and maintain all new unit arrivals accurately within the Infor and Zoho inventory databases
    • Conduct regular audits of chassis inventory to identify errors, missing data, and inconsistencies
    • Manage all OEM and dealership drop ship requests and ensure accurate routing and documentation
    • Monitor inventory positioning across all Fox Factory locations - AL, GA, and IN
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Serve as key Inventory team point of contact for Sales, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Transportation departments
    • Partner with Transportation and Production on all vehicle shipping holds - communicating status, coordinating resolution, and ensuring timely release
    • Coordinate with the Product Development team on prototype vehicles, including tracking, timelines, and status updates throughout the build process
    • Support the Sales team with inventory inquiries, availability reporting, and unit status updates

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Zoho and Infor inventory databases

Position Qualifications:
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred - but not required with sufficient relevant experience

Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • OEM vehicle ordering, production coordination, or dealership operations
  • Vehicle upfitter or specialty vehicle manufacturer inventory management
  • Fleet inventory tracking and administration
  • High-volume data entry and database management in a logistics or automotive setting
  • Dealership or automotive retail operations with inventory responsibilities
