We are looking for an Automotive Mechanic who is motivated, reliable, and dedicated to quality work! Come grow with us! Pay is based on experience level and certifications. Starting pay of $42,000/year for basic skills and knowledge. Experienced technicians can make over $90,000/year. Performance based hourly pay.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform a digital inspection of vehicles to give the customer a full understanding of their vehicle and help to prioritize repairs. Document all findings
  • Automotive repairs, maintenance and diagnostic testing
  • Explaining technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals who may include employees and customers on an as-required basis
  • Researching vehicles for bulletins or repair information
  • Learning new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay up to date with the rapidly changing automotive technology
  • Keeping store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
  • Maintaining an organized and neat bay
  • Assisting other technicians in performing technical activities

Requirements:

  • 2 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • ASE-certifications and/or manufacturer training is a plus
  • Knowledge of general maintenance services including oil changes, flushes, etc.
  • Experience with brakes, steering, suspension, mufflers/exhaust, and alignments
  • High-level of motivation, energy, and a customer-focused attitude
  • Hold a valid driver's license
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
