Responsibilities

  • Lead and manager sales team/department
  • Provide training to sales associates and managers on process, follow up, leasing, finance and closing deals
  • Drive daily appointments, showroom traffic, sold units, gross profit and finance performance
  • Manage new and used car strategy with store leadership
  • Hold sales associates and managers accountable to CRM, phone calls, emails, appointments and daily activity
  • Work with finance, service, recon and inventory teams to maximize performance
  • Build a thriving culture with strong communication and clear expectations
  • Report performance, identify problems quickly and execute solutions
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years automotive management experience - preferably in one of the following roles, GSM, Sales Manager, Finance Manager or variable operations leadership
  • Ability to develop sales associates
  • Proven ability to grow volume, front-end gross, back-end gross and finance penetration
  • Ability to hold team accountable while maintaining a positive culture
  • Able to work nights and weekends
  • Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality and eagerness to improve
  • Ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
