We are seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to help manage our internal team, streamline operations, and actively grow sales for our auto glass and supply distribution center. This role combines people management, sales leadership, and operational oversight in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused—comfortable leading people, developing customers, and rolling up their sleeves when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operations
  • Manage and support warehouse, office, and sales staff
  • Establish clear expectations, workflows, and accountability
  • Improve efficiency in order processing, inventory flow, and fulfillment
  • Act as a day-to-day leader and problem solver for the operation
Sales Development & Growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for auto glass and related supplies
  • Build relationships with auto glass shops, installers, fleets, and affiliates
  • Support inbound sales (e-commerce, phone, email) and grow outbound efforts
  • Assist with pricing strategy, promotions, and customer retention
Process & Scaling
