What You'll Do:

  • Perform maintenance and repair work efficiently and in accordance with dealership and Ford OEM standards
  • Accurately diagnose vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Provide clear labor and time estimates for recommended repairs
  • Communicate technical findings clearly with Service Advisors and management
  • Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs to ensure safety and quality
  • Execute warranty repairs to Ford manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain accurate and thorough repair documentation (cause, correction, specifications)
  • Promote a "fix it right the first time" mindset on every repair

What We're Looking For:

  • Ford Master Technician Certified Technician
  • 3+ years of experience with advanced automotive diagnostics
  • Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical, brakes, steering, suspension, and HVAC
  • Quality-driven, reliable, and team-oriented

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid driver's license and have a favorable motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
  • Authorized to work in the United States
