Position Overview:

In this key dealership role, you will lead the F&I process from start to finish—driving product penetration, ensuring efficient and accurate contracting, building strong lender relationships, and supporting a motivated sales team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and consistently delivers results with integrity and passion!

What You'll Do:

  • Drive performance by setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to hit unit, gross, and product penetration targets
  • Manage the entire finance, contracting, and funding process with speed and accuracy
  • Present, educate, and sell F&I products: service contracts, GAP, protection packages, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and credit unions
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and dealership policies
  • Support showroom, digital retail, and inbound traffic to maximize every opportunity
  • Deliver a polished, professional, guest-focused closing experience

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of automotive finance or sales leadership experience
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
