$180,000 – $250,000+ Annual Earning Potential (Based on Experience)

Volvo of Fairfax, part of the DARCARS Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Service Manager to lead our service operations and deliver the exceptional customer experience expected from a luxury automotive brand.

What You'll Do
  • Lead all fixed operations activities within the service department to maximize profitability, efficiency, and customer retention
  • Drive performance through key service metrics, including:
    • Repair order growth
    • Technician productivity and efficiency
    • Sales per repair order
    • Warranty performance and comeback reduction
    • Customer satisfaction and retention
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop service advisors and technicians
  • Create a positive, performance-driven culture focused on accountability and teamwork
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining the premium ownership experience Volvo customers expect
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve departmental goals and financial objectives
  • Maintain budgets, expense controls, and operational standards
  • Ensure compliance with all manufacturer, federal, state, and local requirements
  • Foster strong collaboration between service, parts, and sales departments
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of automotive service technical experience
  • 5+ years of dealership service leadership experience as a Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or Senior Service Advisor
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing dealership service operations and performance metrics
  • Luxury automotive experience preferred
  • Body Shop experience is a plus
