Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm details.
  • Handle customer questions regarding service options, promotions, and general inquiries.
  • Follow up with leads and generate new opportunities for the sales and service departments.
  • Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with various marketing campaigns to drive new customer leads and business.
  • Meet and exceed individual performance goals related to lead generation, customer satisfaction, and appointment scheduling.

Position Information:

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Your typical schedule will be an average of 40-45 hours per week. 5 Day work week w/ Saturdays are required.

Pay is a Base Hourly plus Commission structure – Including a 90 Day Pay Guarantee:

  • Month 1 - $4,500 - total compensation
  • Month 2 - $4,000 – total compensation
  • Month 3 - $4,000 - total compensation
