An Automotive Accessory Development Manager oversees the design, development, and launch of new accessories for vehicles, such as floor mats, roof racks, or electronic add-ons. They coordinate between product designers, engineers, suppliers, and marketing teams to ensure accessories meet quality, safety, and customer expectations.
