Responsibilities
  • Customer Assistance & Communication - Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
  • Leadership & Teamwork - Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
  • Sales & Metrics Mindedness - Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
