We're looking for a motivated Service Manager to lead day-to-day service operations, mentor technicians, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily service operations and ensure efficient workflow across all bays.
- Supervise and support technicians and service advisors to maintain top-quality workmanship and productivity.
- Manage customer interactions, ensuring clear communication of repair recommendations, estimates, and warranties.
- Monitor performance metrics such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, taking action when improvements are needed.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, MAP (Motorist Assurance Program) guidelines, and all safety and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.)
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a customer-first culture.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in automotive service management or related leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage workflow, meet deadlines, and exceed customer expectations.
- Valid driver's license required.
- ASE Service Consultant (C1) or equivalent certification preferred.
