Position Title: Aftermarket Accessories Salesperson & Delivery Coordinator

Position Type: Full - Time
Schedule: Monday - Saturday (with a weekday off)
Compensation: Uncapped commission earnings; can range between $75,000 - $100,000, Annually

Essential Duties:
  • Educates customers on post-sale services, including Service, Parts, and Body Shop offerings
  • Recommends and sells vehicle accessories and aftermarket products to maximize profitability
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through vehicle inspections and proper accessory installation prior to delivery
  • Maintains knowledge of vehicle accessories, technology, market trends, and competitor offerings
  • Prepares and verifies sales paperwork and schedules accessory installation appointments
  • Supports customer retention through follow-up communication and referral-building efforts
  • Coordinates effectively with Finance, Service, Parts, manufacturers, and vendors
  • Addresses customer concerns promptly and delivers persuasive product presentations
  • Attends required sales meetings and training sessions
  • Maintains consistent attendance and professionalism

As a Car Accessories Salesperson and Delivery Coordinator you are responsible for curating an exceptional customer experience by assisting with vehicle technology setup, connected services activation, and accessory sales at the dealership. This position focuses on helping customers enroll in and utilize features such as OnStar, mobile applications, Bluetooth connectivity, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Wi-Fi hotspot setup, and other in-vehicle technologies while also recommending and selling vehicle accessories that enhance the ownership experience. The role requires daily interaction with customers, sales managers, sales associates, finance teams, manufacturer representatives, and vendors to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction standards. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technology-savvy, patient, organized, and confident in guiding customers through modern vehicle technology and accessory options.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of sales/customer service experience
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Good communicator: verbal, written, presentation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong computer/technology skills
  • Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
