Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 Hourly

As an Automotive Parts Inventory Specialist you will be responsible for receiving, counting, and properly storing all incoming parts. This role also involves pulling parts and merchandise for wholesale orders that need to be delivered, as well as cleaning, boxing, and preparing parts for return shipments, including completing the necessary paperwork for credits or exchanges. The specialist assists the Parts Sales staff and Parts Manager with restocking panels, follows all established organizational procedures and safety policies to support efficient Parts Department operations.

Essential Duties
  • Receive, count, and store all incoming merchandise and shop supplies.
  • Stock and restock bins with assistance from parts salesperson.
  • Fill and bill material sales as directed by Parts Manager.
  • Pull parts and other merchandise for orders that need to be delivered.
  • Clean and box for shipment parts to be returned for credit or exchange; prepare necessary papers and ship to designated consignee.
  • Keep all bins, aisles, and storage areas clean, neat and clearly labeled.
  • Assist Parts salesperson(s) or Parts Manager in restocking panel.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications
  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
  • Post offer screenings:
    • Background check
    • Drug screening
    • Physical
    • Lift test
