We're looking for a motivated Service Manager to lead day-to-day service operations, mentor technicians, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily service operations and ensure efficient workflow across all bays.
  • Supervise and support technicians and service advisors to maintain top-quality workmanship and productivity.
  • Manage customer interactions, ensuring clear communication of repair recommendations, estimates, and warranties.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, taking action when improvements are needed.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, MAP (Motorist Assurance Program) guidelines, and all safety and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.)
  • Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a customer-first culture.

What We're Looking For

  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in automotive service management or related leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage workflow, meet deadlines, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • ASE Service Consultant (C1) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Degree or training in Automotive Technology, Business Management, or related field a plus.
