Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Agile environments, proven leadership in managing onshore-offshore QA teams, and deep technical knowledge across database, API, and UI testing.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead testing efforts across manual and automation (Selenium) projects in onshore-offshore models.
  • Perform functional, regression, web/UI, database, and API testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile and Waterfall project setups.
  • Ensure testing processes, documentation, and reporting are delivered with high quality.
  • Utilize SQL for backend/database testing and validation.
  • Contribute to automation framework enhancement and maintenance.
  • Drive quality across the SDLC by identifying gaps, risks, and improvements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of hands-on testing experience in Agile environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Selenium automation and manual testing practices.
  • Proficient in SQL/database testing and API testing.
  • Exposure to AWS cloud environments.
  • Strong experience with JIRA, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent understanding of functional, regression, and web/UI testing.
