Description du poste
Sous la supervision du responsable de l’ingénierie et des solutions intégrées, le/la candidat(e) sera responsable de :
  • Fournir une assistance technique à l’équipe de vente.
  • Interagir avec les clients pour analyser leurs besoins et proposer des solutions techniques adaptées.
  • Préparer des soumissions et propositions techniques.
  • Réaliser la conception technique des projets d’automatisation et électrique.
  • Lire, comprendre et rédiger des P&ID.
  • Gérer la réalisation des projets et les échéanciers selon les politiques internes et les conditions négociées avec le client.
  • Assurer le suivi et informer les clients de l’avancement des travaux.
  • Planifier les besoins en ressources humaines et matérielles.
  • Superviser la réalisation en atelier et collaborer avec les autres départements.
  • Gérer et négocier les changements de contrats si nécessaire.
Le poste implique un équilibre entre conception et gestion de projet (environ 50 % conception, 50 % gestion). Des déplacements chez les clients (principalement Québec et environs) sont possibles selon les projets.

Profil recherché
  • Baccalauréat en génie (automatisation, électrique ou connexe)
  • Membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (ou CPI en voie d’obtention)
  • 2-3 ans d’expérience en conception et gestion de projets d’automatisation et instrumentation de contrôle
  • Expérience en programmation PLC (ABB un atout) et systèmes SCADA
  • Connaissance solide en instrumentation de contrôle, panneaux électriques, démarreurs, moteurs, réseaux industriels
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et polyvalente, tout en respectant les échéanciers et standards de qualité
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais (oral et écrit)

Position Overview
Reporting to the Engineering and Integrated Solutions Supervisor, the successful candidate will:
