Job description

"EF&S QE Team is looking for a hands-on Software engineer (Automation developer). The role, based in Tampa, USA exists within an expanding technology team which is focused on delivering timely test Automation solutions in response to increasing business demand.
The individual will need to have hands-on Development experience and the role requires a high level of flexibility and ability to react quickly to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment driven by market pressures.
Key Responsibilities here:
* Would work as Automation Analyst within EF&S Quality Engineering group in an Individual Contributor Role.
* Ensure developed code and test automation solution meets business requirements in an agile environment.
* Partner with business, development, devops and production support to ensure the overall test strategy is fit for purpose.
* Liaise/coordinate with other groups (across sites) to coordinate/execute solution development and testing.
* Co-ordinate with project team members globally to ensure deliverables are met to agreed schedules.
* Ensure automation solution meets business requirements in an agile environment.
* Proactive identification of risk and issues and work out mitigation plan. Timely escalation."
