Job description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our team and drive digital transformation through intelligent automation. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform, helping streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Pay Rate Range- $75-80/HR on W2 (NO C2C)

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath
  • Build custom applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Develop Power BI dashboards to monitor automation performance and deliver insights
  • Integrate automation solutions with systems such as SQL, APIs, and enterprise platforms
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and post-deployment support
  • Monitor and maintain automation solutions to ensure reliability and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
  • Train and support business users on automation tools and processes

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in RPA / Automation development
  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots)
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of APIs, JSON, and system integrations
  • Programming experience in C#, VB.NET, or Python
