About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic, innovative, and execution-oriented Senior Lead Product Manager - Agentic AI & Automation to help define the future of work within Human Resources (HR). This individual will be responsible for shaping and delivering the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how Agentic AI, automation, and intelligent decisioning capabilities transform employee, manager, and HR experiences while improving operational efficiency at scale.


As HR advances its AI transformation, this Senior Lead Product Manager will help define the future-state vision by partnering across HR, Technology, Risk, and Operations to identify opportunities, shape strategies, and deliver scalable solutions that automate and transform work across the HR lifecycle. They will evaluate emerging technologies and vendor capabilities, establish reusable platforms and patterns, and accelerate adoption of AI-enabled ways of working. This individual will play a key role in identifying where AI can create meaningful business value, translating innovation into practical solutions, and enabling sustainable change across the organization.


In this role, you will:

  • Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI, automation, and intelligent workflows across HR.
  • Identify opportunities to improve employee experiences, decision-making, and operational effectiveness through AI-enabled solutions.
  • Assess current-state capabilities, design future-state experiences, and develop strategies that accelerate transformation.
  • Translate enterprise priorities into scalable products, platforms, and capabilities that create value across HR.
  • Drive the development of reusable AI, automation, orchestration, and workflow capabilities that support enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Establish product strategies that leverage vendor platforms while identifying opportunities for differentiated, custom-built solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, AI platforms, automation tools, and data capabilities to determine optimal solutions and investments.
  • Own product vision, roadmap prioritization, business cases, and value realization, delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner across HR, Technology, Engineering, Architecture, and Data Science to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions and drive adoption.
  • Establish governance, operating models, success metrics, and responsible AI practices that balance innovation, risk, compliance, and sustainable growth.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, machine learning, automation, and intelligent workflow technologies.
  • Proven success evaluating, selecting, and implementing AI-driven solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Understanding of responsible AI, governance, data privacy, risk management, and operational controls.
  • Experience defining AI-enabled operating models and driving organizational adoption and change.
  • Experience building and scaling custom applications, platforms, and digital products.
  • Ability to assess technology options and make investment decisions based on business value, scalability, and ROI.
  • Experience with AI, automation, low-code, data, integration, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
  • Experience developing product strategy, roadmaps, reusable capabilities, and shared platform services.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and align stakeholders around a common vision.
  • Experience leading complex technology initiatives in Agile environments and delivering measurable business outcomes.
