TRC Talent Solutions is looking for an Automation Technician to join a growing team located in Austell, GA!

Job Information:
- Pay: $30-$34/hr 
- Shift: 6am - 2:30pm
- Employment Type: Direct Hire  
- Location: Austell, GA 
Roles and Responsibilities: 
As an Automation Technician, you will play a crucial role in our operational success by: 
- Troubleshooting and repairing automated assembly machines, robotics, sensors, and electrical/mechanical systems.
- Support machine changeovers, setups, and adjustments as needed
- Diagnose machine failures and help determine root cause and corrective actions 
- Read and follow machines schematics, drawings, and manuals as well as assist with new equipment upgrades and installations 
- Properly document repairs, downtime, and parts used as well as follow and promote all safety procedures including LOTO 
Experience Level: 
- Preferred experience level is 2 to 5 years in automation or related fields. 
-Highschool Diploma or GED required.
Desired Skills: 
We are looking for individuals who possess: 
- Strong technical knowledge of automation systems, including PLCs, HMI navigation, and robotics experience 
-Basic knowledge of pneumatics, electrical systems, prox sensors, and mechanical repair; ability to use basic diagnostics tools (i.e gauges, multimeters, etc.) 
- Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting automation software and hardware. 
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. 
- Effective communication skills that foster collaboration within a diverse team environment. 
- A commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
