Job description

About the Role

In this role, you will own the administration, optimization, and integration of our entire MarTech stack, including Marketo, chatbot tools, and Asana. You will collaborate closely with our Analytics team to build automated dashboards and direct our external marketing automation agency to scale execution. The current team requires a leader who can standardize frameworks for campaign execution, eliminate manual bottlenecks, and enable self-service capabilities for global and regional marketers.

At Dashlane you will:
  • Rebuild and own the administration, optimization, and integration of the MarTech stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, chatbot tools, and Asana.
  • Direct our external marketing automation agency partner to implement infrastructure enhancements, setting clear quality standards and scaling output.
  • Build and lead end-to-end campaign intake, project management, and execution workflows via Asana.
  • Leverage AI-powered automation platforms, Zapier, and LLMs across intake, build, QA, and asset creation to expand execution capacity without expanding headcount.
  • Standardize, document, and optimize global and regional campaign execution frameworks to eliminate manual work and enable self-service for marketers.
  • Manage email traffic, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns on time.
  • Remediate and govern the marketing database by implementing standardized data quality, enrichment, and segmentation guardrails.
  • Partner with the Analytics team to build automated dashboards and ROI tracking systems that use advanced tracking to tie performance clearly to business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Campaign Operations, Marketing Operations, or MarTech.
  • Proven track record of executing a full teardown and architectural rebuild of a complex marketing automation instance.
  • Expert-level Marketo proficiency, including deep knowledge of instance architecture, tokens, assets, and program hierarchy.
  • Strong Salesforce knowledge, including CRM sync, campaign hierarchy, UTM standards, and core integrations (such as chatbots, webinars, or ABM tools).
  • Experience directing and managing deliverables for an external marketing automation agency partner.
  • Active, day-to-day deployment of AI tools (such as LLMs, Zapier, or automation platforms) to accelerate campaign builds and scale execution.
  • Professional fluency in English.
We're Also Looking For:
  • A "diagnose before building" mindset-the ability to systematically analyze root causes of system failures before deploying architectural solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder influence, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical infrastructure decisions into clear business outcomes for non-technical marketing leaders.
  • High comfort operating at pace within a fast-growing environment with significant growth expectations.
  • Excellent operational leadership skills to manage multiple workstreams, cross-functional dependencies, and process changes simultaneously while fostering a culture of operational experimentation.

What Dashlane offers you:

  • Equal Parental leave -ย  regardless of gender, up to 20 weeks fully paid leave to take care of their new baby, within the first year of birth or adoption
  • Mental health services through Spring Health and well-being days
  • Mentorship program - select your mentor from our internal pool and continue your learning path!
  • Comprehensive health coverage, including dependents
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Betterment 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid holidays and sick leave
  • Donation matching program -ย  give back to the community and support actions that lead to positive social impact under the historically marginalized communities. Every donation will be matched by Dashlane, up to $500 per year
  • Weekly lunch in the office and monthly happy hour
  • Team buildings & seasonal social events and many more
