This is What You’ll Do

  • Provides second tier support and troubleshooting for donor center system issues.
  • Escalates issues to third tier support if necessary and manages them through to resolution.
  • Contributes to the system design and modification processes for the donor center systems.
  • Performs activities related to the implementation, upgrade and maintenance of the donor center systems, as directed.
  • Implements approved system modifications including configurations and testing.
  • Executes periodic processes/procedures, as required.
  • Assists with ensuring the donor center system is validated and maintained under change control consistent with company policies, FDA’s, cGMP, and any other regulatory agency requirements.
  • Adheres to all applicable Quality or standards requirements, and follows appropriate protocols and documentation requirements.
  • Assists in the development of materials and provide user training, as required.
  • Provides secondary support to projects and tasks, as assigned.

This is What it Takes

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred. Minimum of two years’ experience in a plasma center required (supervisor level or higher preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required. Knowledge of SQL language preferred.
  • Demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated flexibility to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience with and understanding of a regulatory environment desired.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
