Customer Service:
- Deal directly with customer either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer comlpaints
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to designated resource
- Maintain customer/vendor database
- Work with sales team to assist in managing customer accounts
Accounting:
- Review accounts receivable for overdue invoices
- Contact customers for payment
- Review open sales order reports
- Process invoices for orders and sales
- Process weekly accounts payable check run
- Receive/monitor/adjust inventory in Sage 50 (eventually Sage 100)
- Provide monthly and YTD salesperson register
- Complete monthly sales/use tax returns
- Answer credit requests on customers
- Inquire about prospective customers' credit
- Complete monthly bank reconciliation
Office Manager:
- Maintain office records
- Design and maintain filing systems
