Job Summary:
NJM Packaging is a part of ProMach, a company that focuses on improving packaging performance and automation. The Aseptic Product Manager will support sales efforts by managing opportunities and ensuring successful positioning of aseptic and sterile pharmaceutical equipment in the market.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Support RSMs during customer presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
โ€ข Identify and qualify potential customers through market research, networking, and industry outreach.
โ€ข Participate in critical customer Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) to support the customer experience and ensure technical accuracy.
โ€ข Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and seminars as required to promote Aseptic packaging solutions and gather market intelligence.
โ€ข Maintain expert-level knowledge of aseptic filling and sterile processing product lines.
โ€ข Maintain full visibility and engagement with every active aseptic sales opportunity.
โ€ข Review customer User Requirement Specifications (URS) and confirm that third party proposals accurately address all requirements.
โ€ข Ensure Salesforce is updated with accurate opportunity notes, next steps, and customer communication details.
โ€ข Document all quote requests in Salesforce to track timely delivery and follow-up.
โ€ข Monitor opportunity dashboards to ensure accuracy and identify any risks or delays.
โ€ข Maintain up-to-date tracking of all open aseptic orders, including project timelines, milestones, and FAT scheduling.
โ€ข Participate in project meetings with customers to support communication, manage expectations, and address technical or timeline concerns.
โ€ข Work with customers and third party project teams to obtain outstanding information, approvals, or deliverables.
โ€ข Identify schedule risks early and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
โ€ข Collaborate closely with After-Sales Service to stay informed about any ongoing service or support issues related to installations.
โ€ข Provide product training and technical updates to RSMs as new features, models, or updates become available.
โ€ข Gather field feedback and communicate it to suppliers for continuous product improvement.
โ€ข Assist with competitive analysis and market insights to support strategy and forecasting.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€˜s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
โ€ข Strong understanding of GMP, aseptic processing principles, and pharmaceutical equipment validation processes.
โ€ข Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
โ€ข Ability to travel domestically and internationally for customer visits, FATs, and trade shows.
โ€ข Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
โ€ข Technical aptitude and the ability to translate complex concepts into customer-friendly explanations.
โ€ข Strong project coordination and multitasking skills.
โ€ข Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
โ€ข High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and communication.
