Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Providing concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether over the phone or in person
  • Distributing work efficiently among technicians and ensuring the daily inventory of technician time is consistently sold
  • Answering technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
  • Maintaining customer happiness scores at or above company standards
