The Auto Body Shop Manager oversees the daily operations of a medium-sized team within an auto body repair environment. This role involves managing staff, ensuring high-quality repairs, maintaining inventory, and cultivating strong customer relations to deliver exceptional service. The manager also coordinates with vendors, schedules work efficiently, and enforces safety standards to maintain a productive and safe workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a medium team of 6-15 staff members
  • Manage customer relations to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Control inventory to maintain necessary supplies and parts
