Job Description
As a Full Time Counter Sales Associate, you will primarily be focused on helping customers with their auto parts questions, do-it-yourself projects and auto parts needs.
  • Ridge NAPA's Counter Sales Associate will have strong Know How
    and experience in all things automotive, and will bring a passion for
    delivering customer service every day.

Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age
Valid driver's license with good driving record and reliable transportation
Exceptional customer service skills, clean and neat appearance
ASE (P2) parts certification preferred (will pay for certification).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Motivated to learn
Knowledge of auto parts cataloging and/or inventory management systems preferred
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
