Job description

We are looking for versatile and reliable Class A CDL Truck Drivers for a stable, year-round position. This role blends local and regional runs, combining structured drop-and-hook routes with specialized auto-parts deliveries. Drivers will handle a mix of flat-land Front Range driving and scenic mountain routes depending on the schedule. This position offers consistent home time, clear shift structures, top-tier hourly compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Job Highlights
  • Top Hourly Pay: $32.50 per hour with overtime paid after 40 hours.
  • Consistent Weekly Earnings: $1,400 to $1,543.75 per week (Based on an average of 45 total hours weekly: 40 regular hours + 5 overtime hours).
  • Year-Round Stability: Steady work that is not driven by the weather, ensuring you always make your 40 hours.
  • Flexible Shift Options: Set, consistent schedules with no daily adjustments. Available shift structures include:
    • Monday through Friday: Night shift starting between 7 PM and 11 PM
    • Wednesday–Saturday: 5 PM to 3 AM
    • Monday–Thursday: 8 AM to 6 PM
    • Tuesday–Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM
    • Sunday–Wednesday: 8 AM to 6 PM
  • Freight & Work Variety: Handles a mix of 100% no-touch drop-and-hook runs (8–10 stops/day) and auto parts dealership deliveries requiring unloading via a liftgate (5–7 stops/day).
  • Diverse Fleet: Drive both automatic and manual 10-speed International trucks towing 53ft dry vans with liftgates or 53ft reefers.
  • Truck Features: Cabs are equipped with Qualcomm ELDs, with both smoking and non-smoking trucks available.
  • Company Culture: Benefit from a small company feel, dedicated in-house maintenance, and a 1–2 night ride-along training period.
  • Home Daily: The vast majority of routes keep you local and get you home every single day.

Job Requirements:
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
