Job Summary:
TouchPoint is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to support our frontline associates and operational leadership teams across hospitals within the Jacksonville/Pensacola market. This role partners closely with site leadership to drive employee engagement, staffing efficiency, training, compliance, and HR operational excellence across the assigned hospital or regional footprint
Responsibilities:
Multi-Site HR Support
  • Provide HR leadership and operational support across Florida-based hospitals, traveling between sites as needed to meet business demands.

Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as primary HR contact for associate relations matters; conduct investigations, coach leaders, and guide resolution steps.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with TouchPoint values.
  • Lead engagement initiatives, communication strategies, recognition programs, and retention efforts.

Recruitment & Staffing
  • Partner with hiring managers across all hospitals to forecast staffing needs and support recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure efficient onboarding, new-hire orientation, and compliance with hiring requirements.
  • Monitor turnover, staffing trends, and workforce analytics across the Texas market.

Training & Development
  • Train leaders on HR processes, policy interpretation, performance management, progressive discipline, and documentation.
  • Conduct frontline orientation in the Florida market on a bi-monthly basis.

HR Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws as well as individual hospital policies.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data, personnel files, and reporting.

Strategic Partnership
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to align HR strategies with facility and regional goals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5+ years of HR generalist or HR manager experience; multi-site or healthcare experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and workforce compliance.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Bilingual skills strongly preferred.
