Your role as a BCBA:

  • Candidates will have an active BCBA certification, and several years' experience working with children with autism of a variety of ages and functioning levels. In this role you will be expected to:
  • Complete clinical assessments using a variety of tools to accurately assess your clients' strengths and deficits to develop and update a comprehensive Treatment Plan.
  • Provide day-to-day case management for your clients, including developing goals, monitoring progress, and revising as appropriate to continue forward momentum.
  • Design, implement and monitor behavior intervention plans.
  • Actively lead and support your dedicated team of RBTs. Provide direct observation and supervisionof program implementation.
  • Collaborate with a team of like-minded clinicians dedicated to maximizing the potential of ourclients.
  • Provide family guidance in the form of parent meetings to support and educate them on theirchild's progress and provide training on techniques that can be used at home.
