Role Responsibilities:ย 

  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Use research and clinical experience to create and adjust individualized plans.ย 
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Analyze data to assess program effectiveness and make necessary revisions.ย 
  • Conduct Assessments: Utilize ABA-approved assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and AFLS.ย 
  • Collaborate with Professionals: Work with teachers, doctors, and other Behavior Analysts to support clients.ย 
  • Supervise and Train RBTs: Provide supervision and training according to APF and BACB guidelines.ย 
  • Administrative Duties (as needed).

Qualifications:ย 

  • Education: Master's Degree in ABA, Education, or a related field.ย 
  • Certification: BCBA Certified (or sitting for the exam within 6 months of application).ย 
  • Experience: Proven experience working with children with autism is preferred but not required.ย
