Job description

We are seeking an Agile Project Manager to join our team. You will lead complex, multiโ€‘disciplinary technical programs using Agile methodologies to ensure compliant, onโ€‘schedule delivery of all mission requirements. You will oversee program execution, guide operations across VTC, SBC/CUBE, and E911 environments, and serve as the senior onโ€‘site authority responsible for continuity of services and customerโ€‘focused outcomes. This is an onโ€‘site position located in either Richmond, VA or Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Agile Program Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination: Manages large, complex task orders and facilitates communication with Program Manager, KO, COTR, government leadership, and customer stakeholders. Ensures timely, compliant delivery of prioritized requirements through disciplined Agile execution.
  • Technical Execution & Delivery Management: Oversees roadmap development, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and crossโ€‘team coordination. Aligns operational and engineering teams to maintain consistent technical direction.
  • Crossโ€‘Functional Team Oversight & Operational Support: Leads multiโ€‘disciplinary teams while retaining the capability to perform subordinate operational roles when needed. Supports Tier 1โ€“2 troubleshooting, SBC/CUBE and E911 operations, and engineeringโ€‘directed maintenance.
  • Governance, Compliance & Operational Continuity: Enforces adherence to approved procedures, SOPs, policy standards, and change management controls. Consolidates technical reporting, maintains audit readiness, and acts as the senior authority ensuring continuity of operations and integrated service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Must also possess a current Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent baseline networking certification.
  • Must possess a DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level II.
  • A bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field of study OR an additional four (4) years or relevant experience.
  • A minimum of five (5) years relevant experience AND a minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A masterโ€™s degree in a related field of study.
Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must hold an active DoD Secret clearance.
