These contracts typically detail the scope of work, rental or purchase of AV equipment, installation, technical support, payment terms, and responsibilities of each party. Audio visual contracts help ensure that both the client and the AV provider are clear on expectations, timelines, and deliverables. They are commonly used for events, conferences, corporate meetings, and other situations requiring professional audio and visual solutions.
