Are you an experienced Audio Visual Sales Professional looking for a strong career opportunity in the low-voltage industry? Midwest Systems & Services is hiring a motivated B2B AV Sales Representative with a background in commercial audio visual systems, security systems, CCTV, paging, intercom, and alarm technologies. Business to Business sales in low voltage audio/visual experience is required.

About the Opportunity:
In this role, you will work directly with business clients to design, present, and sell high-quality AV and low-voltage solutions. We're an established integrator with a strong reputation, long-term customers, and a supportive team—ideal for sales professionals who want stability and uncapped earnings.

Compensation:
  • Base salary plus Uncapped commission plan with no earnings ceiling. Base salary plus a lucrative commission plan puts the pay for the job in your hands. The more you sell, the more you will make. There is no ceiling. The sky's the limit!

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and close new B2B accounts.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in AV or low-voltage systems.
  • Knowledge of Sound, Paging, Intercom, CCTV, Security, and Alarm systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and deadline-driven.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
