Job Title: AV Solutions Consultant
Location: Omaha / Lincoln, NE

Salary Range: $70K - $80K

OTE: $160K-$180K

No Commission Cap


About the Role:

ECC is seeking an AV Technology Sales Rep to design and deliver highperformance Audio/Visual (AV) solutions for organizations across multiple markets. This is a consultative, technically driven sales role for someone who understands complex AV systems and enjoys working directly with clients, design teams, and contractors.

You'll serve as a trusted advisor-translating business needs into scalable AV solutions that create exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Sell integrated Audio/Visual (AV) systems and solutions to new and existing clients
  • Lead complex, projectbased AV sales involving multiple stakeholders
  • Engage directly with:
  • Collaborate with General Contractors and Electrical Contractors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Design customized AV solutions based on client goals, site conditions, and technical requirements
  • Present and demonstrate AV solutions, system designs, and performance capabilities
  • Act as a technical advisor-guiding clients on best practices, scalability, and system performance
  • Partner with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure successful implementation
  • Stay current on AV technology trends and competitive offerings

AV Technical Knowledge You'll Use

  • AV network architectures
  • Control systems and user interfaces
  • Video display technologies (LED, projection, flat panel, etc.)
  • Performance audio systems (including arrays)
  • Distributed speaker systems
  • Endtoend AV signal flow

What You Bring:

  • 2-10 years of experience selling AV technology systems or enterprise AV solutions
  • Proven success selling complex, multitechnology AV systems
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort using AV industry terminology
  • Experience working in projectbased environments with design teams and contractors
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
  • Experience as a Systems Operator is a plus
