  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in sound system installation (church / commercial projects)
  • Knowledge of DSP, mixers, and amplifier configuration
  • Basic woodworking or cabinet assembly experience (for lecterns)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or product handling (helpful but not required)

  • Support product assembly (lecterns, speaker cabinets)
  • Help maintain warehouse organization and equipment maintenance

Work Environment

  • Warehouse + workshop + on-site installations
  • Hands-on physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs)
  • Occasional weekend or field work depending on projects

Why Join JY Sound

  • Be part of a growing company in professional audio solutions
  • Direct impact on product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Opportunity to grow into technical lead or operations role
  • Work on real-world installations, not just theory
