Associate Director, Enrollment Marketing & Operations Reports to: Director of Marketing Strategy & Enrollment Compensation Range: $85,000โ€“$95,000 annually

Position Summary

The Associate Director, Enrollment Marketing & Operations provides operational leadership for Ensign Collegeโ€™s enrollment marketing efforts across social media, CRM, website, content, and integrated campaigns.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing Strategy & Enrollment, this role translates strategic priorities into coordinated execution by managing key marketing workflows, coordinating agency and consultant deliverables, and leading a team of student marketers.

The ideal candidate is an experienced digital marketer and strong operator who combines digital expertise, analytical thinking, people leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Marketing & Social Media
  • Lead the operational planning and execution of integrated enrollment campaigns across social media, CRM, website, content, and other channels.
  • Coordinate social media planning and execution with the student marketing team across Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn, including content development, audience growth, and performance optimization.
  • Coordinate content development across social media, website, CRM, video, and campaigns in alignment with editorial priorities established by the Director.
  • Support paid media initiatives as needed, including creative and campaign coordination.
  • Coordinate media agency deliverables, timelines, creative handoffs, and implementation in alignment with Director-established priorities.
CRM, Website & Enrollment Funnel
  • Support CRM implementation in partnership with the Director and the Collegeโ€™s CRM consultant, including workflows, email marketing campaigns, testing, and execution.
  • Manage enrollment-focused website requests and landing page priorities, with an emphasis on lead capture, user experience, and conversion optimization.
  • Coordinate website implementation through student employees and IT resources.
  • Monitor the prospective student funnel and surface opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
Marketing Operations & Performance
  • Coordinate marketing workflows, calendars, and processes to support timely and high-quality execution.
  • Support the capture, organization, and preparation of KPI and performance data for departmental reporting and analysis.
  • Manage execution within approved budgets, priorities, scopes, and resource plans.
  • Support market research, performance analysis, and strategy development as assigned by the Director.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of student marketers supporting social media, creative, website, video, and growth marketing.
  • Establish priorities, delegate effectively, provide meaningful feedback, and maintain high standards for performance and professional development.
  • Support day-to-day cross-functional coordination with key stakeholders and partners based on project needs and priorities established by the Director.
  • Support the operational execution of Hispanic enrollment initiatives under the Directorโ€™s strategic direction.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with demonstrated leadership in digital marketing and integrated campaign execution.
  • Demonstrated success developing and optimizing social media strategies across Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong ability to leverage data, audience trends, and institutional goals to support measurable marketing and enrollment outcomes.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms, including tools such as Element451 or Salesforce, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience developing and coordinating content across writing, design, and video, with working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or comparable tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, coordinate agencies and consultants, and work effectively across functions.
  • Strong project management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Higher education or enrollment marketing experience.
  • Professional proficiency or fluency in Spanish.
  • Proven experience managing student employees or early-career professionals.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing, automation and emerging agentic marketing workflows.
