Alderfer Auction is a leading regional auction house based in Hatfield, PA. We are seeking a creative, organized, and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to help execute marketing initiatives that elevate our brand, engage buyers and sellers, and support our growing business.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, including content creation, social media management, email marketing, website updates, digital advertising, and brand promotion. With hundreds of unique auction items and multiple service offerings, no two days are the same at Alderfer.


This is an in-office position based in Hatfield, PA. We believe in the power of in-person collaboration to drive creativity, strengthen teamwork, and deliver exceptional marketing results. Working on-site provides direct access to our inventory, auction specialists, leadership team, and the stories behind the items we sell, allowing you to create authentic and engaging marketing content.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Create, edit, publish, and manage content including social posts, stories, reels, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and maintain social media calendars and scheduling platforms.
  • Monitor social media performance, website analytics, and campaign metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate weekly blog content with catalogers and auction specialists.
  • Create and distribute email marketing campaigns through Constant Contact.
  • Design branded marketing collateral, digital advertisements, and social media graphics using Canva.
  • Assist with website updates, content management, and SEO optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote upcoming auctions, events, and company initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Support community events, auction previews, and other promotional activities as needed.


Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite required.
  • Proficiency with Canva and content creation tools.
  • Understanding of social media strategy, digital marketing, and brand management.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and social media analytics.
  • Knowledge of SEO and website content management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with photography, video editing, or graphic design is a plus.
