Resident Services Night Shift Supervisor

Job Purpose: Provide direct supervision to Resident Services Assistants, support RN’s and Managers and assist with coordination of care for all Attic Angel Place residents.
Hours: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am Monday - Friday or Sunday - Thursday 10:00 pm - 6:30 am / on call rotation 6x/year
Essential Job Duties (in order of priority):
1)Provide direct supervision, training, coaching, and corrective action to Resident Services Assistants.
2)Assist with staffing and scheduling needs while working.
3)Provide assistance and oversight to all residents in Attic Angel Place per their ISP.
4)Form trusting, friendly relationships with residents, families, staff, visitors of Attic Angel Place.
5)Immediate reporting of DHS or Attic Angel reportable incidents to Administrator.
6)Reporting of change of condition for residents to RN or Administrator.
7)Assist with clerical and organizational tasks of each care areas as assigned.
8)Proper documentation and communication via email and electronic medical record as assigned.
9)Completion of RN delegated tasks.
10)Provide excellent customer service with a hospitality focus.
11)Complete annual in-services per DHS regulations.
12)Work weekend and on-call rotation per departmental needs.
13)Assist with quality improvement projects as needed and assigned.
Other Duties:
Provide support and assistance as directed in other areas.
Education: HS Diploma, C.N.A Certification Preferred. Completion of all CBRF required courses including Medication Administration.
Knowledge, Skills amp; Abilities: Basic knowledge of DHS 83 and 89 regulations for CBRF and RCAC.
Licenses amp; Certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant with at least 5 years of experience in a Senior Living Setting, CPR certified within 90 days of hire.
