PART-TIME HOURLY POSITION
ATTENDANCE MONITOR
DUNBAR SCHOOL
$25 PER HOUR/15 HOURS A WEEK/34 WEEKS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monitor student attendance and determine students who are at risk of becoming chronically absent.
  • Prepare data reports
  • Meet regularly with school personnel to discuss reports and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate detailed records pertaining to student absences: reasons, contact with parent/guardian etc.
  • Attend meetings and trainings as appropriate.
  • Conduct home visits where necessary
  • Maintain contact with families of students with attendance concerns.
  • Enforce the importance of good attendance with the student and their families.
  • Comply with Child Find requirements.
  • Any other duties assigned by the administration as necessary
