Job Responsibilities
Provides strategic leadership and oversight for the Office of the Registrar, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of student academic records and academic operations. Oversees registration, scheduling, graduation certification, transfer credit evaluation, and the implementation of academic policies and procedures. Ensures compliance with FERPA, NCAA, and institutional data governance standards while leading staff, supporting institutional planning, and driving continuous improvement of registrar services.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Master's degree from an accredited institution and 7 years of experience in a Registrar's Office, including experience as a Registrar, Associate Registrar, or Assistant Registrar, with at least 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Demonstrated experience with Ellucian Banner SIS, DegreeWorks or another degree audit system, curriculum management systems, and other higher education technology platforms that support student records, registration, graduation certification, and enrollment management operations. Must have excellent skills in providing strong customer service and demonstrate sound judgement and ethical demeanor. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required.
