We invite Board Certified Family Medicine and Adult/Geriatric Advanced Practitioners to discover all that we can do when we bring healing hearts, inquisitive minds and visionaries together in our Virtualist Primary Care Team serving the Carolinas.
 

Atrium Health is offering a new Virtualist Primary Care Model to improve access, convenience, and quality to patients within our existing Atrium primary care practices. This is a growing team and the Virtualist team will eventually be responsible for providing video visits to more than 20 Atrium Health primary care practices. 

Highlights of the position:

  • Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (4.5 Work Week!)
  • Family Medicine Advanced Practitioners with a care team approach
  • Virtual urgent and longitudinal chronic care management for new and established Atrium Health primary care patients
  • Ancillary support and referrals available, along with digital diagnostics
  • Support with multi-state licensing
  • No call
  • Opportunity for work/life balance with no daily commute; work from your home

Ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience preferred in Primary Care; Urgent Care also accepted
