Job description

Insight Global is actively hiring a TS/SCI Cleared Jira Administrator to join our team supporting a DoW Program in Arlington VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall application management, including the installation and updates of Confluence, JIRA, and other Atlassian products. This role requires a proactive individual who can integrate various systems to ensure seamless operation with JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools. Additionally, the candidate will assist in migrating our environment from Windows to Linux, provide technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues, and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Proven experience as a System Administrator, particularly with Windows and Linux environments, strong knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, and other Atlassian products, experience with system integration and migration projects, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively are essential. Minimum Requirements Include:
Active DOD TS/SCI level security clearance, and be eligible to obtain and maintain a w/CI Poly
Requires a BA degree and 4 years of prior relevant experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
IAT Level II Baseline Certification (e.g. CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP)
Proven experience in system administration, particularly in Windows and Linux environments.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
Strong collaboration skills to work with different teams We are hiring a mid level Admin for this role and exact pay will vary based on candidates level of Jira experience and expertise, clearance level, and over all System Administration skills. However we anticipate paying 120K - 135K for this role as well as a comprehensive benefits package
