ATI Materials is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Analyst to support the design, implementation, and optimization of digital manufacturing systems across our manufacturing operations. This role bridges the gap between business stakeholders, manufacturing operations, and technology teams to deliver solutions that improve production efficiency, data visibility, and operational performance. This is an onsite position in our Dallas, TX office 5 days per week.

You will play a key role in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) initiatives, integrations with enterprise systems, and Digital Transformation across ATI manufacturing facilities.

What You Will Do:

Business & Process Analysis

  • Work with manufacturing and business stakeholders to analyze processes and gather functional requirements.
  • Incorporate leading practices and standardization
  • Translate business needs into system requirements and solution designs.
  • Identify opportunities to digitize and improve operational workflows.

Manufacturing Systems Implementation

  • Perform implementation and configuration of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Assist with integration of manufacturing systems to other applications such as:
    • Oracle EBS (ERP)
    • LabVantage LIMS
    • Shop Floor Systems
    • Enterprise Data Platforms

Testing & Deployment

  • Develop and execute test plans; lead user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Validate system functionality and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Support system deployments and coordinate with IT and vendors.

User Enablement

  • Create and maintain system documentation and training materials.
  • Train end users on new capabilities and system enhancements.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.

Collaboration

  • Partner with plant leadership, engineering teams, IT, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to align on requirements and solutions.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
